Measurement guide
The jacket length measurement is taken from the top of the shoulder, close to the mid side of your neck, following your body down to the point where you want your jacket to end.
The chests measurement is taken as a circumference measurement around your chests. Relax the muscle and measure at the widest part of your upper arm.
The waist measurement is taken as a circumference measurement around your waist just above your belly button. Stand in a relaxed posture and breathe out.
The hip measurement is taken as a circumference measurement around your hips at the widest part.
The neck measurement is taken around the neck with the tape resting on your shoulders. You should put one finger between the tape and the neck if you want to allow for some extra room.
Think of a line going from your armpit straight upwards to your shoulder. Measure between those two points and hold the tape measure straight.
Measure straight from the one end to the other end of your back chest.
Measure straight from the one end to the other end of your front chest.
The biceps measurement is taken as a circumference measurement around your biceps. Relax the muscle and measure at the widest part of your upper arm.
The sleeve length measurement is taken from the point of your shoulder (where you took the shoulder width measurement), following your bent arm down to where you want the sleeve to end. Bend your arm slightly when taking this measurement.
Place the measuring tape on the top of the waistband (on the side of your pants). Measure down the outside of the leg to the point you want the pants end. The standard measurement is at the top of the heel of your shoe.
Put on your pants (beltless) and measure around the waist, at the height where you want your pants to stay. Make sure that the measuring tape is at the same height around the body.
Stand with legs slightly apart and measure around the fullest part of the hips. Make sure that the measuring tape is at the same height around the body.
Measure from the crotch point around the thigh. Hold one finger between your thigh and the cloth tape.
Make sure you close your trouser zipper or buttons. Measure from the back of the waistband down to the crotch, and then up to the front of the waistband, to the point where the belt buckle would be (with the desired comfort and tightness).
Wrap the tape measure around the knee. Keep the leg relatively straight for this measurement.
Measure the girth around the largest part of the calf.
Measure around the cuff at the end point of your trouser. Note ( slim cut cuff wide from 14 to 17) straight from 17 to 19 depend on your body size.
